Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • Instruments will ship in 2-5 business days once final payment has been submitted.

  • We may use different shipping services for different countries, depending on the best option (such as: PostNL/DHL/UPS).

  • The customer is responsible for all applicable costs including insurance, taxes, customs and bank transfer fees. All guitars are insured and declared for their full value.

  • Shipping rates may vary due to different shipping services and will be calculated at the time of shipping.

  • Resolute Guitars cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the instrument during shipping. W Also see our warranty policy.

RETURN POLICY

  • All international sales are final

  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization

  • Contact resoluteguitars@ziggo.nl for a Return Authorization

  • Once receiving a Return Authorization from Resolute Guitars, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Resolute Guitars

  • To return your product, ship your product to : Dokter Slotstraat 14, 2957AJ Nieuw-Lekkerland, The Netherlands

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and are non-refundable

  • Returned instruments must be in original condition

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by Resolute Guitars to assess it's condition

  • The customer will pay for any necessary repairs

  • Resolute Guitars cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the instrument during return shipping. Therefore always consider the return of your instrument by using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
