Instruments will ship in 2-5 business days once final payment has been submitted.

We may use different shipping services for different countries, depending on the best option (such as: PostNL/DHL/UPS).

The customer is responsible for all applicable costs including insurance, taxes, customs and bank transfer fees. All guitars are insured and declared for their full value.

Shipping rates may vary due to different shipping services and will be calculated at the time of shipping.

RETURN POLICY

All international sales are final

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization

Once receiving a Return Authorization from Resolute Guitars, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Resolute Guitars

To return your product, ship your product to : Dokter Slotstraat 14, 2957AJ Nieuw-Lekkerland, The Netherlands

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and are non-refundable

Returned instruments must be in original condition

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by Resolute Guitars to assess it's condition

The customer will pay for any necessary repairs

Resolute Guitars cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the instrument during return shipping. Therefore always consider the return of your instrument by using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
